Galette Vege. Add to the food processor; pulse until dough clumps together. Fold up edges of crust, pleating to hold it in (sloppy is fine).

This vegetable galette combined two favorites—a flaky crust and roasted vegetables.
Add ricotta, egg, thyme, basil, cumin, salt and pepper into a small bowl and mix to combine.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. In a food processor fitted with a steel blade or a large bowl, pulse or mix together the flours, sugar, and salt. The creamy base added a slightly cheesy contrast that brought all the flavors together.
