Si on n'aime pas l'ail tant pis une mayo normale fera l'affaire. After a few seconds of whisking, the olive oil should be incorporated, so start drizzling in a little bit more. Add two generous pinches of salt followed by the potatoes and eggs.
To serve, arrange vegetables, shrimp and eggs on platter.
Place the garlic, lemon juice (or vinegar), and salt into the bowl of a food processor (or blender).
Add the water and process or blend for about a minute until everything is combined. Add a teaspoon of olive oil; stir and mash until oil is incorporated. Editor's Tip: This aioli recipe contains a raw egg.
