Chili Vegetarien. Stir in green pepper, red pepper, celery, and chili powder. Add onion, bell pepper, and carrots.
Stir in the onion, and season with bay leaves, cumin, oregano, and salt. Vegetarian chili is made with canned beans and veggies, so it is affordable and ultra-filling thanks to all of the fiber it contains. Saute onions, carrots, and garlic until tender.
