In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks. Separate egg yolks into the large mixing bowl and the whites go into the metal bowl. Brew coffee and transfer to a medium bowl.

In Italian, Tiramisu is spelled with an accent at the end: Tiramisù.

It's made of coffee-dipped ladyfingers with sweetened mascarpone cream and dusted with cocoa before serving.
