Alcool Tiramisu
Alcool Tiramisu. When choosing a brandy for Tiramisu, you can use either a light or dark brandy. Tiramisu is an Italian dessert made with ladyfingers, mascarpone, eggs, cream, sugar, coffee and cocoa powder.
The original recipe was created by Countess Elena Ratti di Sotto at her. What can replace rum in a recipe? A simple no-alcohol Tiramisu recipe, using just whipped cream, mascarpone cheese, coffee, sugar, vanilla, and ladyfingers.
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until the make stiff peaks (use an electric mixed with whisk attachment for best results) and then very gently fold them into the main bowl.
Brandy has a sweet and fruity flavor with vanilla, oak, and caramel notes.
Your individual tiramisu trifle is ready. Brandy is a type of distilled alcohol that is made from fermented fruits like grapes. Remove from the heat, and whisk in the mascarpone.
