Tiramisu Vegan
Tiramisu Vegan. In non-vegan recipes it's a convoluted process of whipping egg whites into sugar and adding yolks to mascarpone yada. Blend thoroughly until smooth and silky.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornflour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and sugar into a bowl. Beat the dairy-free spread and sugar together until creamy, then beat in. Serve: when ready to serve, remove the tiramisu from the fridge.
Add wet mixture to dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
Whisk and turn down the heat to a low simmer.
Spoon half of the mascarpone on top of the first layer of lady fingers. Sift in the self-raising flour and baking powder. Make sure the strawberries are dry before using, with some kitchen paper.
